HONFEST 2009 PLANNING IS UNDERWAY
Baltimore LOVES the MSP Polar Bear Plunge, hon, and the Plunge loves Baltimore’s Plunging Hons! So we figured, why not make it official? We are proud to announce a fabulous new partnership between HonFest 2009 and the MSP Plunge that will include the World’s Largest Crabcake, a dunking booth (what else?) and of course a special appearance by Miss Hypothermic Hon.
The fabulous weekend lineup includes all the fun and games of Honfest’s past, with the addition of the Plunge-focused activities. So not only can you enter to be crowned Miss Hon 2009, but you can also dunk one of your favorite WBAL-TV or 98 Rock personalities, or watch and be amazed as the world’s largest crabcake is cooked right before your eyes. You can also sign up that day to be a part of the Plunging Hons team at the 2010 MSP Polar Bear Plunge.
2009 "WHAT IS A HON" ART COMPETITION
The dates for HonFest 2009 are June 13-14 2009. The theme for the show is, "What is a Hon?" Prizes will be awarded to the contestants and the competition will be judges by 3 local indusrty professionals and one honorary Hon Judge!
